HATEAU des HABERTS |
White :
The Rolle, Semillon and Clairette grapes produce a wine of pale yellow and green nuances ; its complex aromas are a blend of flowers and fruit. Both strong and elegant, it is a very pleasant aperitif and an ideal accompaniement to fish and goat's cheese. Serve young between 8 and 10°C.
Rose :
The freshness of the Grenache and the elegance of the Cinsault grapes produce a pale and luminous wine. When young it has fresh fruit and floral aromas ; subsequently it develops a subtle balance of more complex flavours. It may be drunk as an aperitif or can accompany the traditional Mediterranean cuisine. Chill to 10°C.
Red :
A blend of Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Mourvedre. It produces a well-structured wine with supple tannins and a harmonious balance of red fruits. This wine can mature in six to ten years and should be served at 16-18°C with roasts, game, or cheese.
